Kegunaan :

1.    Untuk menerangkan sesuatu yang bersifat ‘kebenaran umum’.

Contoh :

• Matahari terbit di Timur.
• Air mengalir dari tempat yang lebih tinggi ke tempat yang lebih rendah.
• Bunga matahari selalu mengarah ke matahari.

2. Untuk menerangkan ‘kebiasaan’. Contoh :

• Saya pergi ke kantor jam 7 pagi.
• Saya mengunjungi relasi setiap hari Senin dan Kamis.
• Yuli mencuci bajunya setiap hari Sabtu pagi.
